  XFINIUM.PDF library is licensed per developer with royalty free distribution. You have to purchase a license for each developer that uses the library.   I have a build server, do I need a license for it?
  No, you do not need a license for the build server. We consider the build servers, test servers, staging servers, to be in the redistribution area since there is no actual code development here.
