The contents of the annotation tooltip.

Remarks

Use the Title and Contents properties to specify the text that is displayed in annotation tooltips. This property is initialized with the default value of the PdfVisualAnnotationToolTip.Contents property of the PdfVisualAnnotationToolTip object that is set in the PdfDocumentView.AnnotationToolTips property.
You can change it in the event handler to customize the body of the tooltip for a specific annotation.
